Parade to Honor Ocean View Little League on Saturday

Celebrate The Victory of the Ocean View Little League
Saturday, September 10, 2011!
Parade Event Details:
The Parade starts at 3:00 PM on Acacia Avenue (just north of Sixth Street) and will travel down Main Street to Pacific Coast Highway and cross to Pier Plaza.
There will be a fundraiser BBQ at the Art Center parking lot from 11 AM – 3 PM. Food and goodies offered to raise money for the Ocean View Little League’s travel costs to the World Series – the public is invited to come!There will be a short honorary ceremony at Pier Plaza.
Parking will be available at the City Promenade Structure and The Strand, as well as the Beach lot. The Sixth Street lot will not be available for the general public.
The Downtown Shuttle will be operating for the special event. It will run from City Hall to Downtown from 12 – 6 PM. Parking at City Hall will be free and the shuttle will be free. It will run every 15 minutes.
This will be a great event and opportunity to congratulate our hometown team for winning the World Series of Little League and representing Huntington Beach!
