On November 14th, 2011, the Touchdown for Technology presented by the Huntington Beach Education Foundation (HBEF), took place at the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort. It was a night of fun and football! Attendees watched the Minnesota Vikings take on the Green Bay Packers on a large screen. There was an auction, a raffle and even celebrity appearances! Proceeds of the event went directly towards funding technology for the students of the Huntington Beach City School District (HBCSD).
The HBEF is an independent, nonprofit organization operated entirely by volunteers comprised of parents, educators, business and community leaders. For more information, visit www.hbef4kids.org
