Art Teacher Letitia Di Luca Stern Talks About What She Loves in Huntington Beach

Letitia Di Luca Stern is an amazing art teacher. She studied art in Florence Italy and San Francisco State University. She teaches art through her business “Creative Little Minds.”

How long have you lived in Huntington Beach?

I moved to Huntington Beach in 2002 We found Huntington Beach by looking for places to live in Southern California on the internet ( very primitive internet)

What do you like best about living here?

What I like mostly about living in HB is the small town feeling and that it is like living on vacation everyday of the year.

Name your favorite place to get breakfast?

Favorite place to eat breakfast is “Sugar Shack” being a local I love listening to folks talking that are visiting our town hence feeling lucky I live in a vacation spot.

Best place for dining out with the family?

Favorite place to have dinner Pizza D’ Oro.

Favorite park/beach  and why?

Lake Park, room for kids to play on grass and great playground. Plenty of free parking and bathrooms. City beach near tower 17 mostly locals hang out with small kids Life guard usually on duty.

Do you have a secret/tip to give anyone who wants to visit/live in Huntington Beach? What is it?

A secret tip: although people may think of Huntington Beach for its beach. HB has some beautiful parks such as Central Park and Shipley Nature walk.
