2017 Taste of Huntington Beach Brings Community Together

Over 2,000 people attended last week’s Annual Taste of Huntington Beach, held on Sunday, April 30th at the Huntington Beach Sports Complex! There were a total of 46 restaurants and 31 wineries, breweries and non-alcoholic beverages, and 23 vendors including the non-profit organizations Visit Huntington Beach, Huntington Beach Business Improvement District, and International Surfing Museum present. All proceeds from the event benefit the Children’s Library of Huntington Beach. Food Network star and author Simon Majumdar returned to the event and mingled with the crowd before announcing his choice for “Best of the Best of the Taste of Huntington Beach.” Local band the Ramsey Brothers, led by Don Ramsey of the Kowabunga Van Klan, entertained TasteHB guests with their impressive musical repertoire.

Surf City Family is an official media partner of the Taste of Huntington Beach. At some point during the busy, fun-filled afternoon, we even managed to take a photo together – with friends including photographer Larry Tenney, Wise Fool, and Shot Hunters!
