Thousands Attend Annual Food and Drink Fest in Huntington Beach for the Benefit of the Children’s Library

Surf City Family has been a proud sponsor of the annual Taste of Huntington Beach for the past four years! This year, we partnered with Love2Live Custom Printing to produce some really rad co-branded Surf City Family and L2L Printing Swag including tote bags, t-shirts, and koozies. The design was by long-time Surf City Family-contributor Dana-Beth Farris

But of course, the real star of the day was the FOOD and DRINK! And the real winners? Of course, the Children’s Library!

Over 2,500 people gathered at the 18th Annual Taste of Huntington Beach, held on Sunday, April 29th at the Huntington Beach Sports Complex. From noon to 4 pm, Huntington Beach locals, and foodies from Orange County, L.A. and beyond enjoyed tastes and sips from 40 restaurants, 17 wineries and 18 breweries. The Ramsey Brothers Band, a popular local band, performed pop and rock favorites, while Chef Bruno Serato mixed and mingled with the crowd and autographed his book, “The Power of Pasta: A Celebrity Chef’s Mission to Feed America’s Hungry Children.” All proceeds from the event go to the Children’s Department of the Huntington Beach Public Library.

Since 2001, The Friends of the Children’s Library and the HB Restaurant Association have helped the Taste of Huntington Beach raise over $500,000 for the HB Children’s Library!
Here is the list of winners for the 2018 Taste of Huntington Beach.
