Take a Dip in the Pacific to start the New Year!

Thinking of something different to do to mark the new year? How about pancakes and a dip in the ocean?

Join a whole bunch of people take the plunge on New Year’s Day! The annual HB Surf City Splash will take place on January 1st, 2011, Saturday at noon. There will be lots of other fun family friendly events that will be going on down the pier. Here’s the schedule:

9:30-11:30am All You Can Eat Pancake Breakfast by the Huntington Beach host Lions Club (donation of $5)
12:00 noon Countdown and SPLASH into the new year

You can check out the ocean festival at Pier Plaza with Surfin’ Sundays vendors on hand. Also, the International Surfing Museum will be offering a special membership for participants.
