Watch the stars at the Shipley Nature Center tonight!

Enjoy a cool summer night at the Shipley Nature Center this Thursday, August 4th, with the Orange County Astronomers, from 8:30-9:30pm. The OC astronomers will help Shipley visitors explore nearby planets and star systems light years away. The program, as well as other Thursday night programs that are part of Cool Summer Nights at Shipley, is free of charge. Donations are accepted.
The Orange County Astronomers (OCA) is a non-profit organization whose main purpose is to spread knowledge and appreciation of astronomy.
Take note, the Shipley Nature Center is usually open 9am-1pm Monday to Saturdays only, so definitely take advantage of these extended Thursday night hours, enjoy a nature program or explore the grounds.
