From their press release:

With the cut in school funding, teachers and schools are short on money to purchase school supplies. The Orange County Blend initiative, which kicked off in late February, to date has sold nearly 7,000 OC Blend products  and with the start of the school year, this enables The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® another opportunity to support OC schools.

In February, each of 24 The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® OC locations selected a nearby school that benefits from the sale of the OC Blend Coffee and Sunshine Blend Tea. The principal of each school, ranging from elementary through middle to high school, identified the greatest need of that particular school. The monies raised from the OC Blend Coffee and Tea will be utilized to help fill that gap. Those needs range from computer labs and art supplies through supporting Associated Student Body ASB and leadership development, to music and science programs.

The OC Blend Coffee and Tea will be available in stores until October 31, 2011, exclusively in Orange County.  The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® donates $1.00 from the sale of each bag of the special blend coffee and tin of tea to their specific adopted school. The OC Blend Coffee retails for $9.95 and the OC Sunshine Blend Tea for $8.95. The OC Blend Coffee has a light citrus aroma with a malty flavor, smooth body and caramel finish.  The OC Sunshine Blend Tea has sweetly scented orange blossoms, a tart hint of orange zest and our exclusive oolong tea. Both capture the spirit of Orange County.
