The Huntington Beach Art Center presents “The Art of Chocolate” on Sunday, June 10th, 2012 from 2-5pm. The event will feature Pechanga Resort and Casino’s Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Marie Verhoeven, who will present a culinary demonstration in the making of fine chocolate desserts as well as a chocolate showpiece.
The Art of Chocolate will also feature a variety of participating vendors, including Bocconi Cakes, Ms. Chocolat, Flantastic, For Gooness Cakes, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Dolce Monachelli, Bonerts Slice of Pie and Eveline’s Elegant Events. They will present their signature chocolate creations along with sampling of sweet treats.
