Donut Derelicts Vintage Car Show, Coffee and Donuts
They gather faithfully every Saturday, at the corner of Adams and Magnolia in Huntington Beach, in front of Adams Donuts. A stunning display of cars and a few motorcycles too. Vintage Cars. Muscle Cars. Hot Rods. They come in all colors, makes, and models. They are…the Donut Derelicts. It is a regular, spontaneous car show celebrating hot rod culture. And get this, according to their website, they’ve been meeting “since 1984, when the Donut Derelicts came together to celebrate horsepower, chrome and brotherhood.” Many of these car connoisseurs are there at the crack of dawn. So be sure to get there early!
Hot rods are typically old, classic American cars with large engines modified for performance.
