A biennial event, Surfboards On Parade’s inaugural year was in 2014, and was part of the City’s 100 years of surfing celebration. Together we made history and raised over $100,000 for the fight against skin cancer! In 2016, we raised over $115,000 for skin cancer and helped the City of Huntington Beach fund the Universally Accessible Playground that opened this month on the sand at 9th and PCH.
In 2018, Rotary Club of Huntington Beach has chosen Operation Surf and Orange Coast Memorial as the worthy causes to benefit from Surfboards On Parade 2018! A donation will also be made to the Huntington Beach Art Center and the International Surfing Museum.
